The Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan should be established based on the State Service for Supervision and Regulation in the Field of Communications and Information Technologies, as well as the Main Directorate of Communications and Information Technologies of the former Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Approve the Regulation, Structure of the Central Apparatus, Management Plan, and the List of Enterprises, Institutions, and Organizations of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (Appendices 1, 2, 3, 4).
Establish the final number of employees for the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to be 70 positions (excluding support staff), with 55 positions for the Central Apparatus (excluding support staff).
Allow the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to have two deputy heads and an advisory council consisting of 5 members.
Set the limit on the number of service cars for the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to be 8 vehicles, with 4 vehicles for the Central Apparatus.
The financing of the Central Apparatus of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the bodies indicated in the Management Plan of the Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan should be provided from the republican budget and other sources, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Communications Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, in collaboration with the Committee for State Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, shall address organizational, legal, and financial issues related to the reorganization of state enterprises in the established procedure.
The Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 3, 2007, No. 108 "On the State Service for Supervision and Regulation in the Field of Communications and Information Technologies" shall be repealed.
