Execution Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

The Service carries out the following tasks within the established framework:

Organizes and supervises the activities of judicial officers;

Monitors, evaluates, and summarizes the work of judicial officers, taking measures to ensure the enforcement of enforcement documents;

Receives and summarizes statistical reports from judicial officers;

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, establishes the procedure for the execution of enforcement proceedings;

In cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, develops and adopts normative legal acts regulating the activities of judicial officers;

Ensures the exchange of experience regarding the implementation of enforcement legislation and conducts monitoring;

Requires judicial officers to provide materials of enforcement proceedings and other documents for study, verification, and resolution of issues related to the enforcement of enforcement documents, without disrupting the process of enforcement;

Reviews complaints regarding the decisions and actions (or inaction) of judicial officers in accordance with normative legal acts;

Organizes professional training and further qualification development of judicial officers;

Based on the proposals from senior judicial officers, enforcement departments in the regions, and the enforcement department in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, submits judicial officers for awards for their effective work and service, including state and departmental awards;

Maintains a register of debtors in both electronic and paper formats;

Takes disciplinary measures against employees who demonstrate irresponsibility in their work;

Performs other powers in accordance with the normative legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
