Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan

The Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan is the central executive body of state power in the Republic of Tajikistan, responsible for implementing the unified state policy in the field of innovation and digital technologies.
The Agency performs the following main functions:

•  Development and implementation of a unified state policy in the field of innovation, digital technologies, including the trade of digital assets;Formation, management, and promotion of the process of creating favorable conditions for the digital development of the economic and social sectors of the Republic of Tajikistan;
• Definition and implementation of a digital system for regulating state relations with the population and the private sector; Determining the necessity and feasibility of creating and implementing digital infrastructure;
• Management and regulation of the process of introducing electronic government, including the provision of public services in digital form, the circulation of electronic documents and the use of electronic signatures, e-commerce, automation of artificial intelligence, and the improvement of technological processes;
• Regulation and promotion of the activities of the unified contact center for public services, the approval centers of the Agency, centers for public services, and developers of digital applications.
