Agency on Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

The Agency for State Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (hereinafter — the Agency) is an executive body of state authority that implements state policy in the field of public procurement of goods, works, and services (hereinafter — public procurement).

The Agency is part of the system of central executive authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In its activities, the Agency is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, constitutional laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, international legal acts recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan, and this Regulation.
