In particular, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 222 dated May 4, 1995, the Tax Police was established. By Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 590 dated May 30, 2001, the Office of State Financial Control under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan was transformed into the Committee of State Financial Control of the Republic of Tajikistan. In order to organize the fight against corruption and take the necessary measures at the national level, a set of normative legal acts was adopted, and a national legal doctrine was created in this direction.
