The Committee on Language and Terminology under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

The Committee on Language and Terminology under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) is a central executive authority responsible for implementing state policy and regulating legal norms related to the state language.

In its activities, the Committee is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, normative legal acts of the National Majlisi and the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Supreme Majlisi of the Republic of Tajikistan, decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, international normative legal acts recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as this Regulation.

The Committee cooperates in its activities with other central executive authorities, local executive bodies, public organizations, and other entities.
