Ministry of labour, migration and employment of population of the Republic of Tajikistan
The Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan is the central executive authority responsible for developing and implementing a unified state policy, as well as regulatory and legal governance in the fields of labor, the standard of living of the population, migration, the labor market, employment, initial vocational education, adult education, and handicrafts. The Ministry coordinates the activities of the bodies defined within its management structure, as well as the organizations operating under its system.
In carrying out its functions, the Ministry is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the constitutional laws and other laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, the acts of the National Assembly (Majlisi Milli) and the Assembly of Representatives (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of the Supreme Assembly (Majlisi Oli) of the Republic of Tajikistan, the acts of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the international legal instruments recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan, and these Regulations.
The Ministry performs its activities in cooperation with central executive authorities, local executive bodies of state power, international organizations, public associations, and other organizations.
