State Committee for Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan

State Committee for Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) is a central executive authority responsible, within its competence, for the development and implementation of a unified state policy in the field of relations related to state land management works, land cadastre, topographic-geodetic, aerospace and cartographic activities, state registration of immovable property and rights thereto, state control over the use and protection of land, as well as state supervision of topographic-geodetic and cartographic works.

In its activities, the Committee is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Land Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Land Management,” “On Geodesy and Cartography,” “On State Registration of Immovable Property and Rights thereto,” other laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, resolutions of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, international legal acts recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as this Regulation.

The Committee carries out its activities directly and in cooperation with central executive authorities, local executive bodies of state power, public organizations, as well as other natural and legal persons.
