State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan

The State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan implements its activities in accordance with the «Regulation on the Committee on Investment and Management of the Republic of Tajikistan», adopted under the Decree of the Government of theRepublic of Tajikistan №590 dated December 28, 2006. The Decree states that the Committee on Investment and Management of the Republic ofTajikistan is the central executing body which within its authorities implements state policy and normative and legal regulation in investment sphere, public property management, management and implementation of the process of denationalization and privatization of the state property in the Republicof Tajikistan representing the interests of the state as an owner, and conduction of activities on implementation of the programs of support for entrepreneurship.
