National Center for Legislation under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan

The National Center for Legislation under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is a state scientific research, information and analytical institution subordinate to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In its activities, the Center is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, this Regulation, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as international legal acts recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan.

The Center is a legal entity and has a seal bearing the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan and indicating its name in the state and Russian languages, its own emblem, relevant seals, stamps and letterheads bearing its name, property under the right of operational management, an independent balance sheet and a special account. The Center has the right to enter into contracts on its own behalf, acquire property rights, and act in court as a plaintiff or defendant.
