RESOLUTION

On the Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan
(resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 13.09.2012 No. 489, 03.11.2018 No. 537, 31.07.2019 No. 389)

In accordance with Article 12 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan” and for the purpose of implementing the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 9, 2010 No. 832 “On the Further Improvement of the Structure of the Central Executive Authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan,” the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan resolves:

1. To establish the Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. To approve the Regulation, the structure of the Central Apparatus, and the Management Plan of the Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (Annexes 1, 2, and 3).

3. To set the total number of employees of the Central Apparatus of the Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan at 42 units (excluding support staff). Twenty-six (26) staff positions from the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan shall be transferred to the Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 13.09.2012 No. 489, 31.07.2019 No. 389).

4. To allow the Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to have two Deputy Heads, including one First Deputy, as well as an advisory staff of three (3) persons (resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 03.11.2018 No. 537).
   To establish a limit of three (3) service passenger vehicles for the Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 03.11.2018 No. 537).

5. To create local bodies of the Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan within the executive authorities of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Khatlon and Sughd Regions, and the city of Dushanbe by reducing nineteen (19) positions from the Departments for Economic Development and Antimonopoly Activities (resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 03.11.2018 No. 537).

6. Financing of the Central Apparatus of the Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan shall be carried out from the republican budget.
   Financing of the Antimonopoly Service bodies under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Khatlon and Sughd Regions, and the city of Dushanbe shall be carried out from local budgets.

7. The State Committee for Investment and Management of State Property of the Republic of Tajikistan shall resolve the issue of the location of the Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan within one month.

8. Executive authorities of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Khatlon and Sughd Regions, and the city of Dushanbe shall adjust their structures in the prescribed manner to implement this resolution.

9. The Antimonopoly Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan shall, within two months, submit proposals for amendments and additions to the regulatory legal acts in the field of antimonopoly regulation in the prescribed manner.
